Dedicated to the memory of Dr Michael Cousins
Dr Cousins, Michael of Taunton, and formerly of Wormley, Surrey, passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital on 29th November 2018, aged 83 years. Michael will be greatly missed by his loving wife Helga, daughters Nickola, Andrea, Patricia and Erica, his eleven grandchildren and the rest of his family and friends.
